You will learn the edible and medicinal value of the local flora, while focusing on learning the botanical nomenclature with ease. Ethical harvesting, drying and storing techniques will be discussed.

Learn to recognize important medicinal plant families and meet their wild members. Do you struggle for just the right words when trying to describe a plant to a friend? Practice using botanical language and find a new level of comfort communicating about plants.
