I am thrilled to share this spectacular piece of the planet with you. We’re on the road again with Daniel Pinney driving, Tamra Tafoya cooking and Jane Bothwell herbing.

Guadalupe Canyon is a hot springs, desert palm oasis only a 5 hour drive from the San Diego airport. At the airport we will pile into travel vans and head off to explore the deserts and canyons of Guadalupe.

We’ll soak in the hot springs, bask in the warm sun, hike the canyon of cascading waterfalls, jump into the cold pools, and explore the desert in full bloom. We'll teach you identification and the edible, medicinal and folkloric uses of the local plants. We'll make flower essences, herbal oil and salve, and even make our own ink. Song, ceremony and celebration will be part of every day.

Tuition: $965 includes 3 vegetarian meals a day, transportation from and to the San Diego airport, camping fees and Instruction.Does not include travel expenses to and from San Diego.
