Hike into the majesty of the Trinity Alps in radiant fall color, with evening slumber in cozy cabins along a gentle creek. Learn plant identification and traditional uses of local flora and make medicines with our harvest, Botanist Allison Poklemba and Tamra Tafoya of Celebrations Catering will be joining us to enrich our trip with rich botanical knowledge and delicious vegetarian food.
